About Our Products
What is the quality of your products?
Our products are solely made with human-grade ingredients that are sourced from reliable raw suppliers. We always try to only use hormone-free and pesticide/antibiotic-free sources to provide the highest quality for your pet. We do not add additives or preservatives in our products.
What is the shelf-life of your products?
Please note that all treats should be stored in the refrigerator and should not come into contact with moisture such as wet hands. If stored properly, our treats can be kept for up to 3 weeks after the manufacturing date. All products will come labelled with the manufacturing date on the packaging for your convenience.
Are all treats made beforehand or upon order?
All treats will only be made upon the receipt of your order. This is also why there is a tad longer lead time of about 2 to 7 days before your order is sent out for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, we do allow our customers to change or cancel their orders. However, please do contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and our team will assist you with all your enquiries.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All our products are made upon the receipt of order. Please allow at least 2 - 7 days for the preparation of treats and 1 week for the preparation of raw meals. Once the orders are sent out for delivery, our products will reach you in a couple of days, depending on your choice of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Unfortunately, we currently only accept payment by Internet Banking and PayNow. Please do take a screenshot of your receipt and send it over to us via WhatsApp at 8815 0416. We will send you a confirmation e-mail for your order upon receiving the receipt of your payment.
What methods of delivery are available?
As of now, we offer multiple delivery methods for your convenience.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can change your delivery address. Please do contact our team within 24 hours of your order placement so that we can make the necessary changes.
Do you offer self-collection services?
Yes, customers can opt for self-collection at Bukit Panjang, Khatib or Yishun MRT. If you have chosen this option, we will liaise with you to decide a date and time suitable for both parties.
